PRACTICAL INFORMATION

What is the minimum age for the cruise?

There is no age restrictions. However, the show is recommended that children from 3 years old.

What are the opening days and times of the cruise?

From June 3rd to 25th, departures take place at 10:30, 12:30, 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. on week-ends. And from July 1st to August 31st at 10:30, 12:30, 2:30, 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. from tuesday to sunday (except july 14th)

How long is the cruise?

The cruise lasts one hour.

What if I arrive late for the cruise I booked?

It is strongly recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the boat's departure time. Tickets are only valid for the booked time slot and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Do you offer parking for customers?

Our pay car park is reserved primarily for tour groups (buses and coaches). The number of parking spaces is very limited. We therefore recommend using the Quai Branly museum's public car park.

What is the nearest metro station or bus stop?

The nearest metro station is Bir-hakeim station on line 6. It is a10-minute walk to the boat.

Can I bring a backpack or suitcase? Are there lockers available?

Standard size bags are accepted on the boat as well as cabin-size suitcases. There are no lockers available on site.

Can we buy photos on site?

A photo session will be offered on site.

What is the difference between Bateaux Parisiens and the other companies?

A leader on the River Seine, Bateaux Parisiens offer various top-quality services. Boarding takes place at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Bateaux Parisiens are the only ones to offer the Miraculous Cruise.

Are children under three years old permitted on the boat?

For children under three years old, it is necessary to collect a voucher at the ticket sales office located on Port de la Bourdonnais. If the cruise is full, children under the age of three must be seated on their parent’s lap.

Do you accept e-tickets on a smartphone?

Yes, we accept e-tickets on smartphones.

Is it possible to book on site?

You can purchase your tickets for the Miraculous cruise at the ticket sales office located on Port de la Bourdonnais subject to availability. It is recommended that you book your tickets in advance.

Is it possible to pay for the cruise tickets using holiday vouchers?

Yes, you can pay for cruise tickets with holiday vouchers at the ticket sales office located on Port de la Bourdonnais.

ON THE BOAT

How long does the cruise last?

The cruise is about an hour long. It is strongly recommended to arrive 30 minutes before the boat's departure time.

Are strollers permitted on the boat?

Yes, strollers are permitted on the boat. The crew will tell you where to store your stroller during the cruise.

Is there access for people with reduced mobility?

Bateaux Parisiens welcomes people with reduced mobility. For safety reasons, the number of wheelchairs may be limited depending on the boat's configuration. Toilets on our boats are only accessible by stairs. Toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility are available at the Bistro Parisien, our restaurant on the dock, pontoon no. 2.

Can we bring food and drink on the boat?

Food and drinks are not allowed on the boat.

Are animals permitted?

Boat and restaurant hygiene rules do not allow us to accept animals, with the exception of guide dogs.

Does the boat have Wi-Fi access?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi access from the Bistro Parisien. You can connect from your smartphones, tablets and laptops. Session times are limited to 24 hours.
